You can't access Form 8949 directly
you have to visit the 1099b transaction entry for that transaction and tell turbotax you need to adjust the basis.
I believe that's under "Additonal actions"
Yes, my main issue was how to indicate my shares were non-covered since I could not check the box I needed in the turbo tax 1099-B. Found place to indicate stock was long term (non-covered). Filled in the cost basis when I got the question. My other issue was that I wanted to be able to get to the actual forms to verify that they were filled inn correctly; I could get to the forms once I actually paid for turbo tax (my first time doing online).
