It depends on how you received the rental allowance of the parsonage. Here is an article about that question: Is a parsonage or housing allowance deductible?

I do not receive a W2 from my congregation's treasurer. I need to know where I can enter the parsonage allowance manually in the Turbo Tax program on my computer. Thank you!

Without receiving a W-2 or 1099 misc, you are considered as a self employed minister and subject to self employment tax.  Here are the steps:

In TurboTax online,

  • Sign into your account and select Pick up where you left off
  • Right upper corner, in the search box, type in “business code”, then Enter
  • On screen, “Did you have any self-employment income or expenses?” select Yes
  • Follow prompts
  • On screen "We need a little more info", select Clergy services
  • Follow prompts
  • On screen" Let's get your clergy or religious set info", check need to pay SE tax on this income
  • Next screen, enter your housing allowance income
  • Follow prompts

Per IRS, clergy 's housing allowance is not taxable and therefore not subject to income tax.  However, housing allowance is subject to self employment tax.  Because it is a tax-free housing allowance, you cannot deduct work-related expenses such as supplies or mileage, due to the Deason rule.
