You would include it on Schedule E like you would if it was in the US in the rental income section in TurboTax.  You will select foreign for the property address. 

 The only thing that could be different is if you are paying taxes on the income from the property to a foreign government, then you may be able to claim a foreign tax credit for taxes paid to the foreign government.
