Good evening, I need to know if Turbo Tax can help me file for my 2020 Rental Rebate?

If you mean the Minnesota Renter's Rebate, yes TurboTax can prepare the form, however, it must be mailed in separately to attach the Landlord certificate. You can also file directly through the state- see Can I file my M1PR (Minnesota Property Tax Refund) through TurboTax? for the details.
