Hello 

I am non credited investor with American residency who wants to invest $150k overseas in a privately owned UK-based startup. The question is how can I minimize tax liabilities on future capital gains? Would i make a direct investment or establish a trust fund or LLC? Is there a way to take advantage of UK tax relief programs (there is a tax code provision that rules out capital gains for angel investors who invest in deep tech)?
