Do not know the state where my $25 of tax exempt Fidelity Investments dividends comes from. What to do?

Enter "XX" in the State ID field. ("XX" stands for "More than one state").

The tax-exempt dividend interest probably came from more than one state.  The amount is low enough not to make a meaningful difference even if it did come from one or a few states.
