Yes. You can revisit your entries by click on the Wages & Income tab, then scrolling down to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) and clicking the Edit/Add button to take you to that area of your return. You continue for the next two screens then click Edit next to the rental on the Rental and Royalty Summary. Doing so will allow you to update, add, or delete any information. If you want to delete the rental altogether, just click delete at the summary screen, to remove it from the return.
