No. Investments fees have not been deductible on a federal tax return since the tax laws changed for 2018 and beyond.

No, the fees would be considered to be a miscellaneous itemized deduction subject to the 2% AGI floor and those deductions were eliminated as a result of tax reform (the TCJA).
