Because my oil royalty in OK is less than $1K I shouldn't have to file in OK but shouldn't I have to attach a sched E with fed return?

Yes, the royalty income would be reported on Schedule E

How do I "make" Turbo Tax attach Schedule E without filing an OK tax return? Turbo Tax doesn't seem to realize that I do NOT need to file an OK return for a royalty under $1K and wants me to pay an additional amount to file OK return. Frustrating.

You can click State then delete next to OK

Ah, never mind, I see Turbo Tax has actually attached the Schedule E. All good.
