About the rental properties i dont have a 1099k or 1099misc they pay 995.00 each month but my mortgage is 965.62 how do i enter that in.

The dollar amount of your mortgage payment on a rental property is not relevant.  The interest portion of the payment is deductible.  It sounds like you may not have property set up your rental property in TurboTax in order to report income, expenses, calculate depreciation, etc.  I suggest you review the following TurobTax Guide for Rental Property:
