i have used turbo tax for years this is the last . WHERE is my payment or some kind of useful information your web site has nothing you have no live support number and its been weeks of useless information that intuit has provided. what live agents we can talk to continue the useless information. I would hope that this company is not holding the funds in attempt to make profit ob the interest . So to make this short WHERE IS MY PAYMENT?!!!!!!!

TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, federal or state. TurboTax does not and cannot legally receive a stimulus payment for any taxpayer.

Only the IRS sends the stimulus payments on a schedule known only to the IRS. They will either direct deposit the stimulus payment using the last known taxpayer's direct deposit account from either the 2018 or 2019 federal tax return filed. Or the IRS will send a stimulus payment as a check if the direct deposit account rejects the payment or there is no direct deposit account.

thanks again for no help the site states information doent match what is on file i am using the routing and account number on the trubotax card provided by turbo tax

The card is issued and owned by Green Dot Bank, not TurboTax. No one from TurboTax can assist with any issue with the card.

When you file your taxes how do you recieve your refund? Just asking because I always get mine direct deposited onto the turbo card. When I did my taxes for 2019 I got a new turbo card in the mail so I assumed that is where my stimulus check would be deposited. But it ended up being deposited onto my turbo card from my 2018 refund which I wasn't aware of. So that could be a possibility if you use the turbo cards as well. You can also go on the IRS website and there is an option to check when and how you will recieve your stimulus check.
