Are they going on my turbo card or not

We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money. If you are receiving a stimulus payment on your Turbo Card, you will receive an email from TurboTax today letting you know. I have already filed my 2019 taxes and received my refund via turbocard. I used the IRS get my payment tool and It told me my banking info could not be found. However it seems some clients are receiving them(stimulus checks) via turbocard. However the turbocard app is down and just giving a general error message. So I am I not able to access my routing and banking number associated with my turbocard. I was wondering why only certain client turbocard information was given and not all of us clients who received turbocard that had their 2019 tax refund deposited in.

Because you probably had fees took out of return....they filed there account info instead of your card info....they sent a copy of your return via email....it'll have all correct info on it..however it wasn't info sent to irs
