How do I get my direct deposit information I need my account information and routing information

Go to the File section of the TurboTax online program. On Step 2 when you have a tax refund will be the section to enter a bank routing and account number for direct deposit.

This year previously I entered last year's routing number and account number from the card I received from Intuit in 2018 this last years taxes I believe not 2019. Believing that the automatic refund I was approved for wood be transferred to that card instead I'm being told I'm having to wait for a separate card to activate that I was curious if last year's numbers were the same as this year's numbers as they should be the account and the routing number and why the funds did it go directly to that one instead and I have to wait for another card
