I use Credit Karma and my mortgage shows on my credit report. Your home mortgage is an account which influences your credit score. It could help increase your score if you make the payments on time.
There are three major credit reporting entities in the United States. Experian, Trans-Union and Equifax. Not all lenders use all three. Likewise you may pull a credit reports from different "providers" and they will have a high probability of being different if all providers don't use the same agencies. That's why you're better off pulling your "once a year free" credit report yourself, directly from each of the three major agencies.
As for your home mortgage, there is no requirement for anyone or any entity to report your payment history to them, to any agency. But while possible, I've never seen a situation where a mortgage lender would not report your payment history to at least one of the three major agencies.
