I am attempting to login and file my taxes while using Turbo Tax. Unfortunately I do not remember my password for the account. I tried the email verification, I was able to go to step two in the process but I am unable to get passed the two step verification process due to the following: my phone number is overseas and it is not a stateside number so I cant receive text messages at 1204 and my address is overseas as well which means that I have an APO address and cannot select a state and APO/AP is not an option...please assist at your earliest convenience.
