TROUBLE ACTIVATE MY TURBOTAX SOFTWARE

I purchased the software in COSTOCO online  ON FEb 19,2026 ,can not activate it by using 16 -code now.

it shows the licence code is already linked to anotheraccount. Error 608.

 

I used my account email: [email address removed],

 

I am not sure if it means I need to use my another email: [email address removed] that one may be used when I purchased it. 

Can u please help me to figigure it out?

Yes, you need to use the same account that you used when you first used the code.
