Question

Transferring turbotax program to new computer. Installed on new computer but will not accept license code. Message says license code already been used. What do I do?

    Please contact our phone support at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you. 

    Currently they are available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET. But after NETFILE opens on February 19th, they will be open 7 days a week, 9 AM to midnight ET.

    There are no humans at the [phone number removed]. A robotic voice says "we have information regarding your question - do you want it to be texted or e-mailed" and when you answer, it disconnects.

    @toronto_2025 Our phone lines are open and they are working. You can call customer support at 1-888-829-8608.

    During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (February 24, 2025) to the regular filing deadline (April 30, 2025), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

    • 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
    • 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

    During the rest of the year (up until February 23, 2025, and from May 1, 2025 to mid-February 2026, we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
