Can you give us some more information to clarify your situation?

    • What is a Form 30300?
    • Is this a Canadian tax return?

Yes it is a Canadian form that Turbotax software has on my account, but it will not let me remove it now. Here is a ink to more info on the form: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/individuals/topics/about-your-tax-return/tax-return/completing-a-tax-return/deductions-credits-expenses/line-30300-spouse-common-law-partner-amount.html

If you can show me how to remove forms that would be helpful. but I have listed I am single, as mentioned. Originally, I started to fill out the form with my partner's info - until we realized I will only be able to do this for 2026, not this year, which is why I changed my status back to single. but I get an error that I need to fill in my partner's info even though I am listed as single. Form 30300 is still within my files but I cannot remove it.
