What does accessed mean?

You may have accessed the return from a different device, for example app vs online or visa versa.  This doesn't mean a change was made.

This is a security email. If you went in to view your return from a different device, that message will come to you. As long as you are the one, no worries. We just want to protect your information so we double check when it is not your normal device.

I think you mean your account was accessed.  If so, that is a safety measure to notify you that your account has been logged in to and if it was not you, do what is needed to secure your account.

For purposes of online tax programs, "accessed" means "to be able to get to or get inside" a tax file or tax record.

TurboTax is letting you know that someone (you, in this case) signed into your TurboTax account.  This message is sent to you on the off-chance that your account was accessed without your knowledge.  This most often occurs when you login using a different device or computer than you used the last time you logged in.
