did you already prepare your return and want someone to file it for you, or do you need a TurboTax expert to prepare and file your return? The first option is do it yourself by going completely through the app step-by-step, selecting e-file and finally clicking on the transmit icon. If there are any fees you must arrange for payment in order to file.The free version offers no support.

there is another alternative - if all you have is that W-2, but you will have to wait until February. THe IRS sponsors the VITA and AARP Tax-Aide programs. There are 1000s of locations throughout the country (normally at librarys, senior centers and churchs) where these organizsations will complete and file your tax return for free. Yes, for free.
