This morning when trying to check my turbo debit card on the app the app is having issues it won’t pull up to let me log in then I try online it freezes before I can even log in and then when I call the call is silent and don’t ring at all. It’s very frustrating when all I’m trying to do is check my balance

I didn’t receive the stimulus check and I filed using this card does the government not consider turbo card a real bank?

Yeah I'm also having this issue. What's worse, when I try to call the number on the back of my card, it doesn't ring and then Verizon tells me the number was changed or is no longer in service.

Checking my stim status on the IRS website tells me they don't have my banking information. This is garbage

So I have an update.

I went to an atm to check my account. First attempt didn't accept my pin. Second attempt accepted the pin but the receipt I printed out says the balance is unavailable. What in the world is going on TurboTax

Having the same issue. The IRS site says I have mine scheduled to be deposited on the 15th and thankfully I kept the paperwork that came with the card and it matches the IRS deposit info. Tried using my card and my payments are being declined as well, when I have money on that card.

So I’m guessing green dot and turbo are having issues with the stimulus check because it’s showing my last four of my social on IRS too and it says it’s supposed to be deposited today but I can’t check anything

It's showing the last of my four social security numbers as well. No luck on calling or checking account. I was allowed to view my account one time today but no money added like the irs said on it's site
