I'm ready to submit my returns. Turbo tax asked my to login to my account. I did but Turbo tax wouldn't accept  my password. After several attempts, I changed my password and was still locked out. I'm to seconds away from completing my taxes. This is very frustrating.

 

I've be a Turbo tax customer for many years. But now, not being able to get help when I need it, I can't and have to write this email, not knowing when my issue will be resolved.

 

After this episode I don't know if I continue using Turbo tax in the future.  That would be a loss for both of us.

It sounds like you may have more than one Intuit account, which is causing an issue.

I tried to send my return in but it keeps saying that there is a glitch and I have to update something Why the hell do I have to update Your Turbo Tax 2022?

@Scotteb1 We cannot tell whether you are using the online software or the CD/download.   If you have the CD/download then go up to the tool bar at the top of your screen and click on check for updates.
