My return rejected because I didn’t submit my identity protection pin but I never got letter and can’t access the link on irs.gov to access it. The link to do so states my information doesn’t match records. Please help!!!!!!

You can retrieve your IP PIN online at the IRS's Get an IP PIN site or call the IRS to have it mailed to you. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information:

You can also print and mail your tax return if you cannot retrieve it.
