Quick Employer Forms -- W-2 rejected / need audit log

I've been using TurboTax Business for 20+ years...and as a result Quick Employer Forms (QEF) to file W-2s and 1099s.  This year there were bugs.  I never received confirmation emails for submissions, and I wasn't notified by email by a rejected W-2.  I had to log back into QEF periodically to get status of the filings.  The email address under the Business in QEF is valid...so no idea why no emails were sent out.  The reason provided by QEF for the rejected W-2 is 'The file submitted is a duplicate transmission'.  I'm the only one who submits these forms for the company, so something is messed up.  All I can assume is that QEF submitted the W-2 twice and it was accepted the first time but was rejected the second time...and QEF is only showing me the rejection.  The problem is QEF does not show any audit trail for submissions...I can't see when the W-2 was submitted and each step of the QEF/IRS interaction.  Platforms like TaxBandits show this audit log.  I need the audit log for this W-2 for my conversation with the SSA to fix this situation.  I'm attaching a screenshot with PII omitted.  Please help...signed, long time customer

Thank you Amy, but that is incorrect.  All references on Quick Employer Forms (QEF) website point to the TurboTax support forums.  The lone 'Contact' link on the QEF website takes the user here.

I feel like I'm in a black hole here.  I pay ~$300 every year for two decades for multiple TurboTax Business products and I can't get a human being to talk to.  How do I escalate this?

Six days after my W-2 was rejected, it now shows accepted.  Why?  Absolutely no idea.  And a lot of time was wasted in the interim trying to figure that out.
