Need help SSN not working on CA information worksheet I cannot continue. Please help everything is correct never had this issue

Keeps saying dependent social needs to be corrected. It’s all the correct information but still I cannot continue. Please help

Here are some possible solutions to resolve your SSN issue:

Delete the SSN from the CA Info Worksheet from the box and from inside the form and enter it again in the Federal "My Info" section, you will be able to continue.
Delete your state return and then go back and enter again your state information.

Navigate to the Federal “Personal Info” section and double check your dependent details. If the CA form is still giving you trouble, you might want to delete the dependent completely and enter again the information.
