I downloaded TurboTax from Amazon and was given a 15 digit activation code. The software is asking me for a 16-digit license code. Where do I get that? It says it came with my instructions but all that came with my instructions is the 15-digit activation code.

You can find your 16-digit TurboTax license code (often labeled as an activation key or product key) directly inside your Amazon Digital Software and Video Games Library.

Where to Find Your 16-Digit Code on Amazon

Log in to your Amazon.com account.

Hover over Account & Lists at the top right and click Your Orders.

Locate your TurboTax software purchase.

Click Order details or Game & Software Library (sometimes listed under Digital Content and Devices > Digital Games & Software).

Look for the 16-character code (formatted as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) next to Activation Key, Product Key, or License Code.
