How to Report a Software Bug

I am running TurboTax Premier 2025 for Windows desktop.  I have experienced two bugs that I am aware of.  How do I report these to TurboTax?  When I spoke by telephone to TurboTax technical support, the CSR could not help me directly and had no idea to whom/where I should be referred to fix the bug.

Both bugs pertain to Form 2210 (Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals, Estates, and Trusts).

Bug no. 1: I am in Federal Taxes|Other Tax Situations|Additional Tax Payments|Underpayment penalties.  I have chosen the annualized income method.  On successive screens, the program asks for Annualized Self-Employment Earnings, Annualized Adjusted Gross income, and Deduction for Qualified Business Income.  So far, so good.  On the next screen, however, the title is Net capital gains, but the actual data asked for are Qualified dividends (and the amount PRE-FILLED IN by TurboTax for the period 1/1/2025 through 12/31/2025 is in fact total qualified dividends for that period).

What I did: I entered qualified dividends -- not net capital gains -- for each period.  Fortunately, when I ran federal error check, the program asked me for the net capital gains data, so that, when the dust cleared, there were no missing data.

Bug no. 2: When I print Form 2210 (3 pages), the result includes two copies of page 3.  On the first copy, there is no entry on Schedule AI, Part II, line 28.  On the second copy, there are no entries on Schedule AI in Part I, but Part II is filled out completely, including line 28.  The two copies do “fit together”: line 36 on the second copy feeds into line 15 on the first copy.  Then, lines 16 through 27 on the first copy follow from that point, and line 27 is then entered on Form 2210, Part III, line 10.

In any case, these bugs should be fixed.  How do I make it happen?
