Your scam for the return being withing 5 days is a horrible way to **bleep** over the USA TAX PAYER.  YOU NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THAT SCAM OF 5 DAY RETURN.

 

THIS WILL MOST LIKELY JUST BE PUT IN THE TRASH... BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE ... I WILL SHARE WITH EVERYONE I CAN TO NOT USE THIS BULL**bleep** SCAMMING THE TAX PAYERS.  YOU OWE ME AND OTHERS

I will be filing a complaint based on this TurboTax had 1 month to tell me they couldn’t help me with my tax needing a 1040nr and 1040 similar to this how I have to rush my taxes and it was based on an offer. I will be filing a complaint with ftc based on feb 2024 filing

This is the second year in a row that I have been treated poorly by Intuit with their TurboTax product.  My company has a negotiated rate with them for its employees.  The payment screen told me that I was being charged a subtotal of $47.20 plus tax.  When I viewed my receipt, they charged me $167.20 plus tax.  The reps I spoke with found the negotiated rate and agreed that I got charged incorrectly, but they told me that they couldn't refund me.  They told me to fill out a refund request form.  I did that and thoroughly explained my situation.  Within an hour, my refund was denied with no explanation.  I have filed complaints with my state's Attorney General's office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau.  The Better Business Bureau has already responded.  I encourage anyone who experiences similar treatment to do likewise.  I am waiting for the charge to go from "pending" to "posted" with USAA (my credit card issuer).  Once it posts, I'm starting a dispute.  If you are treated unfairly, please also do likewise on that.  Don't let yourself be poorly treated.  You deserve better and should stand up for yourself.

Your customer service is very poor. I tried to get better assistance with my tax issue, and the lady who was supposed to help me immediately had a really bad attitude, so bad that I had to hang up and not get help because of her rudeness. I needed help due to a rejected tax form, and unfortunately, that help was not provided respectfully.
