How can I remove form 593? When I uncheck it & click on Continue it doesn't remove.

Please try to directly delete the form in TurboTax.
To do so, follow the instructions as follows:
- Open your tax return.
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Delete a Form.
- Scroll down to your state forms and look for Form 593 and click Delete.
