Filing return by mail

I am filing a California and Federal tax return by mail for a family member. I don't have the original W-2 forms because they are getting them paperless.  I have a copy of the document but not the original.  Will either of the 2 tax returns be rejected or returned because the they will be mailed with a printed copy of the W-2? The IRS website does say original copy. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Thanks

In the age of everything being provided paperless, it is unlikely that a printed copy would not be accepted as 'original' since there is no other copy provided by the employer.

I did  verify this on  with another source also . So thanks for your response and expertise. Just have to get the IRS website to change the wording on their website. 😂
