Hello. I graduated in May 2021 and was a full-time student from Jan 2021-May 2021. I'm not sure whether I can check that I was a full-time student in 2021?

Also is federal aid and school grant taxable income if I got more grant than my tuition?

You are a student if you were full time for any part of 5 months ... so Jan 31 to  May 1  =  some part of 5 months

Yes, the  amount awarded in excess of qualified education expenses will be considered taxable income. In addition, you can't claim education credits or deduct expenses that were paid with these tax-free funds.
