Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Trying to e-file MN state (was able to send federal separately from state-per a previous thread) and still getting Failed Validation error.  I have updated the program to the current version, installed a patch, cleared my cache/cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled.  What are my next steps?  I have already paid for the state returns.  I have been using TurboTax for years and this is the first time I have run into an issue.  I have read many other threads and not finding a solution.  Need to file soon.
