eFiling issues

I'm trying to eFile my tax returns (Fed and State-CA) and I keep getting an error message that tells me I need an update to eFile.  It tells me to open the Update box but I do not see an update box on my Turbo Tax program.

    online is automatic .  desktop can be set to automatic also.  but if not  click on online tab then check for updates.

    @X54labs Please see the instructions below on how to do a manual update:

    I am also listing the below TurboTax FAQ's if needed:

    If you have issues with the update, please try this:

    Close the TurboTax program

    Right click on the TurboTax desktop icon

    Click on the Compatibility tab

    Check the box Run as administrator

    Click on Apply and then OK

     

    Start the TurboTax program.  The software should update.
