Download button not working?

I am on the INTUIT website and have also attempted to download it off from the TurboTax site- the turbo tax site does not show my order to download. I can pull up my order via the order tab.

INTUIT site has the blue button that says "Windows Download"- I have windows 11. It does not do anything when I click on it.

I have same problem today. No answers and cannot get ahold of a actual person at Intuit/TT

if you are trying to download TY2026, the order may have been placed but it is not yet ready for download. It’s usually available around November 10.

Has your credit card been charged? Normally that occurs in early November as well.

Thanks for the reply. I left out the fact that I’m trying to download for TY2024.

look carefully on the left most column - some of the “downloads” are the disks and there is a disk icon in the first column. the rest should be downloadable and has an icon of a download in the left column.
