By far I had the worst experience I ever had with Turbo Tax today. I have a recording of our conversation just as you do. I signed up for the expert help version. After speaking to a so-called expert for 45 minutes, she told me to ask to speak to another expert. I was connected to someone else from your company who told me to authorize $5 for help and that it would be refunded. The help I received was from someone from "Just Answer" did not help. I was then notified by my credit card company that I had a suspicious charge of not only $5 but also $50. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company and I'm anxious to get this resolved. I've used Turbo Tax for a long time. I won't be anymore. In my experience today, Turbo Tax is no longer reputable.

I went to their Just Answer and needed a simple answer to my question and chat directed me to a $5 charge, entering all my cc info. What kind of service is this? TurboTax gets worse every year.
