activation code errors

I need to amend my company's business return for tax year 2024. I have the download link and the activation code. program downloads fine, but when i go to activate it get a message that this code has been cancelled

    You should edit your post and remove any personal info and the license code.  And remove the screen shots or cover up the LC on them too.
