My 1099-R, Box 14 has two entries because I lived in two different states (VA & MO). Turbo tax only has one line in Box 14 even though it says use the second line. How do I get a second line in Box 14 of the 1099-R?

If there are two entries in box 14, then use the second set of boxes - in the Desktop product, it is confusing because the second set is not labeled clearly. But note that the Select box that marks a state indicates a second set of boxes. Perhaps the Online product is similar.

Do NOT enter a second 1099-R; just enter a second row of boxes for boxes 14, 15 and 16.
