Form 2441

My tax return documents included the form 2441 for Child and Dependent Care Expenses even though I had made clear I was filing as a Single person with no dependents. I tried to correct it but nothing changed. What should I do? I'd like to talk to an expert about this but no one seems to want to help. Every number I call is automated.

Thank you, but I tried this and it didn't work. The form didn't get deleted now matter how many times I tried to do it.
