Can not print Supporting Details

how do i print supporting details for line 21 of form 4797. OS Win10 TT 2018 Premier. I have opened the supporting detail window which has 13 entries. Click on 'print" and get form selection screen. Have tried checking different boxes but do not get a print of the 13 entries show on the detail screen.

I was not able to print the supporting details sheet on a test return either. I suspect that could be because the details can only be entered in Forms Mode and the sheet does not even appear in the list of forms.
