No edit function 1099-R Turbo Tax 2025 .

This version seems very wobbly. I have the latest updates. There is no edit function on 1099-R. No EDIT icon, screen display is 'dead' in that no fields suggest a way of opening the entered record. I am using a purchased download on a Windows 11 laptop.

What's going on is it time for HR Block.

What do you mean no edit function on Form 1099-R when using the desktop editions? 

You can edit the fields on the Form 1099-R either in the interview section or if you go to Forms.

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

I have the Windows Home & Business version.   Doesn't your screen look like this?  There is a pencil icon.  I don't know what that box is doing there about lender and interest.

I am missing the Pen and the Trashcan on my display.

Anyone know how I can direct this to TT support to see if they can replicate?

Solid issue, no trash can or pen to edit 1099-R forms. I can do edits using the "Forms" option but this is not ideal and I don't know what other bugs I may encounter trying to finish up the tax forms.

Can you post a screenshot?   In prior years the problem was not seeing a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the list of 1099R.   Look around and see if you can scroll to the right.

OK I don't know what is going on but the Pen is now there and visible and functions correctly. The Trashcan icon is not there, however if I hover over that area it will 'pop' and clicking on it will delete the entry so it is an icon missing problem. So..who knows.. gremlins in the system probably at my end.
