Locating Funds!

Hi There!

My name is Kim, I have been exploring on Intuit for few years. I just recently started learning and exploring QuickBooks and found the platform was something I liked so I have been reading all kinds of help topics and articles. I have decided to try and enroll in the benefit program and start Learning Bookkeeping and Tax Specialist. During my exploration I had a "OMG!" Moment. A few years ago I put $100 on a Intuit account and have had no luck finding it. Is there a way to some how locate funds without having the email address and log in? I know it's a shot in the dark but it would be AMAZING to find..

Thought's???

Thank you so much for taking time to read this...

Kimberly

Sorry we haven't a clue what you are talking about.  I would look back though your credit card statements and see what the description is for that $100 payment or however you paid it.  And check your emails.  If you sent money somewhere they should have sent you a confirmation email.

You can try to recover the account you no longer have access to by using the Intuit Account Recovery Request link, then further investigate your missing or deposited funds:

hope this helps!
