TurboTax made an incorrect calculation in my 2025 state taxes. As a result, TT did not correctly calculate my maximum refund. It's not a data input error on my part. TT multiplied Line 29 of my prior year tax return by 9.863% for use in my 2025 return. It should have multiplied Line 24. It's TT mistake, not mine.
I am unable to locate a link to file a claim for TT maximum refund guarantee. I did find this discussion from 2021 asking same question. The answer back then seemed to be the End User License Agreement required users to submit a claim via US Postal Service to a facility in Tucson, Arizona. Really?!?
