First, confirm that your return was successfully filed. Did you file by efiling? If so, and if you used Online TurboTax, what is showing for the status of your efile at the Tax Home? Which of these terms is used--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what? If the status at the Tax Home says accepted, then you can use the IRS "Where's My Refund" refund tracker tool. https://www.irs.gov/refunds NOTE: If you mailed a paper return, it can take up to 4 weeks just to show up in that tool. When using that tool, be sure you are entering the correct tax year, correct filing status, SSN, and the refund amount shown on your Federal Form 1040, Line 35a. Look at your return to confirm the refund amount. Sometimes a TurboTax screen shows a confusing summary figure that is a net of the Federal and State together.
