The first page of your tax return PDF is the Filing instructions - that page will show the account and amount you have scheduled.   It normally takes the IRS a few days to take the  payment, but it is effective the date you scheduled it.  Your e-file transmission is receipt of an on-time payment.     See the IRS FAQ page

There is no penalty for late filing if you're getting a refund.  You may be able to verify your email address in your Intuit Account instead as explained below.   If you are referring to the 6-digit email verification code when efiling, then check your email's spam/junk folder to see if the code is ending up there.   If that's not the problem, you can go to your settings in your Intuit Account and may be able to verify your email address there if it's not verified.  Or you can change the email address if desired (using the steps below.)     Here's how: In the left menu column scroll way down to Intuit Account. Then once in the account choose tab Sign In & Security. See if your email address has a tiny link beside it that says "not verified".  If so, click that to verify. Perhaps once you verify it there in the account settings, it won't ask you to verify it again when you are efiling. Or you can change the notifications email address, if desired.  If you do, also verify it while you are in the account settings.

You should be able to click on 'No Thanks' or similar.   @carolinag863

You are correct.  Entering 199A dividends will generate a Form 8995.  It doesn't mean the program is treating you like you are a business.  You get a 20% deduction of 199A income, so you will get a $0.70 deduction. Or, you can just skip the 199A dividends as if they weren't reported on your 1099-DIV.
It is asking you to e-file the amendment.   Generally, you can e-file your amended 2025, 2024, or 2023 federal return via TurboTax if your original return was also e-filed in TurboTax.

On the "Federal Taxes" you can manually enter 1099-MISC form with the description and amount you have on your form.  Make sure to carefully type in the payer's (AMEX) tax id number. Tip: put account number in paraenthes () in the description, for records.   Also, look through the list of forms turbotax has; quite often there are multiple blank or partially completed forms, from previous auto-import attempts. Turbotax needs a bit better cleanup and garbage collection, indeed.
Missouri resident. Worked ~2 days/week in Kansas. W-2 shows 100% Missouri wages and no Kansas allocation. Kansas taxed all income. Amending to report only Kansas-source income.
