Try these fixes:   Try a different web browser: Sometimes specific settings or extensions can interfere with how a site loads.   Use Incognito/Private mode: This helps determine if cached data or cookies are causing the glitch.   If neither of those steps does the trick, your best bet is to contact support directly so they can take a deeper look into the issue for you. Refer to the TurboTax resource: How do I contact TurboTax? for more information.

TurboTax will never know when, how or even if you pay your tax due.   TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return.   Your proof that you paid will be your own bank or credit card statements.  You can tell the software that you will mail a check and then just proceed with your arranged payments.
I figured it out on my own I hope.    I live in CT but own a home in FL. The property tax paid was for my home in FL but TurboTax kept prompting me to fill out the form for my CT address.

Do I need to add accrued market discount to schedule B if I sell the bond at a loss. TT does not report the AMD on schedule B. I could not find any information on this on the IRS website but found two conflicting articles. One said you don't report on schedule B if a loss (which makes sense and is what TT is doing). The other said you still need to report the AMD on schedule B.

I am having this problem again this year.  As well as it won't split the interest 50/50 either.  When I overide the 100% with 50 it turns red.  It is only putting the 50% in my account not my spouses.  It really doesn't like it when I overide the 100% to 50, but that's it how I have always done it in the past.  I really don't want to have to enter each slip individually.  That's what the cra download is for.  Is there any fix coming SOON?

Because MN explicitly says no M15 is required if the federal penalty is waived due to retirement, the most accurate filing is:   Do not include M15.  Attach Form 2210 and your retirement statement. Print‑and‑mail MN if TurboTax won’t let you e‑file without M15. This avoids paying a penalty you don’t owe and complies with MN instructions. Check to see TurboTax actually generate Federal Form 2210 with the “retired this year” waiver box checked? If 2210 isn’t present or isn’t marked correctly, MN will assume the federal penalty wasn’t waived.

Hello,   When is Turbo Tax Business Incorporated going to have the ability to electronically file an Alberta AT1 corporate tax return?   Why is this an issue for Alberta AT1?  When I received a response from support team, they said use Profile which charges a license fee for each return (i.e. Federal T2+ Alberta AT1 = 2 license fees) and a great inconvenience to learn a new software.

It sounds like the entity that issued the K-1 has an interest in other entities and their QBI income is listed on the K-1 form. So, you have QBI from the entity that issues the K-1 and also from two other entities. It says in TurboTax "Is the business that generated the 199A income a separate business owned by the partnership?" On your K-1 "Entity" means the company that issued the K-1, and the two other entities are simply associated with that entity.   If so, you should make a code 20 entry for each one. Then, you will need to address the questions regarding income from other entities besides the one that generated the K-1 schedule.

I should've looked at my 2025 NJ1040 to answer my questions.   I did 100% of 2024 taxes. On the NJ-2210 Worksheet, I had paid NJ all 4 period payments on April 2025.    I will do the same for 2026 (100% of my actual 2025 tax) unless there's something I'm missing.   Thanks again
Thank you for the update. We will notify the team members who are working on it, and once we have an update, we will post it in the thread. We appreciate your time and feedback.

Even if your husband passed, it is advisable to keep the same order of spouses as in past years as a change may delay the processing of your joint return.   The final return is filed on the same form that would have been used if the taxpayer were still alive, but "deceased" is written after the taxpayer's name. The deadline to file a final return is the tax filing deadline of the year following the taxpayer's death.   Only income earned between the beginning of the year and the date of death should be reported on the decedents’ final return. Earnings after the date of death are taxable to the beneficiary of the account or to the estate.   When filing the final tax return for the deceased, TurboTax Online will ask whether the return is being filed for someone who has passed away in the My Info section. TurboTax will then report "Deceased" on the return. On the page titled Let's check for some other situations, put a check mark next to I am preparing this return for [Name], who has passed away, and enter the date of death.    For more information, please read this TurboTax article.   I am sorry for your loss.
