Sorry, but in Online TurboTax you can only prepare 1 Federal return per account per year. Do not try to prepare a second return in the same account, or it will overwrite the first return. Each separate filer will need a separate account with a separate product fee, if applicable.

Confirm your school code using the School District Tax Finder.
Does your School District have a "0%" tax rate on earned income? In this case the School District shouldn't be entered.
Double check residency dates, and verify the entries on your W-2.
If all else fails, you may have to mail in your tax return.

You should Double-check that you and no one else in your family got a 1095-A
You can use the phone number listed by state at

My wife is from another country and has foreign income from her bank interests, stock dividends, government child care subsidies, stock sales, etc. In the foreign income section, can I enter her stock capital gains under the Gains/Losses box? Can I enter her salary and government child care under Other Income box? She also paid taxes in her home country, can I enter that under Credit box? Also, was I supposed to manually enter these incomes in the Income section as well? For example, she doesn't have a 1099-INT for her bank interests, so should I still create an entry for her bank interests? Do I need to create one for each bank or I can add up all her banks into one 1099-INT?

"The problem is really where to properly enter the foreign income. " If using forms, I believe that you compute the number, and enter that into "1116 Comp Wks: line 1c in the appropriate column. This is working for me down through form 1116 line 8. My problem is getting from line 8 to line 9, which seems like an odd place to stop getting the numbers. Form 1116 with Premier will not propagate line 8 to line 9.

You cannot change or add anything on the return that you just e-filed, nor can you stop it. It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox on the corner. The IRS does not allow you to take it back.
If you left out a W-2, a 1099G, or a dependent, or a 1099 etc…DO NOT change your return while it is “pending.” The changes will go nowhere.
Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and make the necessary changes to your tax return and re-submit your return.
Sometimes—not always— the IRS corrects your mistakes, while they are processing your return.
If the IRS accepts your return, however, then you have to wait longer until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return and e-file or mail it in. You have to be able to work from that return exactly the way it was when it was e-filed originally. You will need to use a form called a 1040X.
Meanwhile, DO NOT go in and start changing anything on your return in the system, or you will make a mess for yourself. Sit tight and wait until you see what the IRS does with the return you just e-filed
