No, a 1099-INT and a 1099 Composite form (also called a Consolidated 1099) are not the same thing, but the latter may contain some of the same information as the former. A 1099-INT reports interest income. A 1099-Composite is a "bundle" of forms from your brokerage firm that contains several different 1099 forms all in one document (so you don't receive multiple envelopes in the mail). Your Composite statement will have separate sections for: 1099-INT, 1099-DIV (for dividends and distributions), 1099-B (proceeds from selling stocks or bonds), etc. Enter Info from your Financial Institute: Open or continue your return. Search for your financial institution (e.g., "Fidelity") in the program. Import your Composite document. The software will automatically "unbundle" the composite form and put the interest, dividends, and stock sales into their correct categories for you. or;... You can enter each section separately yourself by manually typing your information into the program. For example, you'll go to the 1099-INT section and enter the interest info, then go to the 1099-DIV section for dividends, etc.

If the health insurance premiums are paid out out pocket and not reimbursed by her company, they can be deducted as Medical expenses.
You can claim all medical and dental bills, prescription drugs and health insurance premiums paid out-of-pocket as Medical Expenses in Schedule A - Itemized Deductions.
The IRS has an extensive list of what you can and can’t deduct.
For tax year 2025, Medical Expenses are subject to the 7.5% rule and you can only claim the excess over 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
Please note that Itemized Deductions will only benefit your taxes when they exceed your standard deduction.
For tax year 2025, standard deductions are:
$31,500 for married couples whose filing status is “married filing jointly” and surviving spouses;
$15,750 for singles and married couples whose filing status is “married filing separately”; and
$23,625 for taxpayers whose filing status is “head of household.”
The additional standard deduction for a blind taxpayer—i.e. a taxpayer whose vision is less than 20/200— and for a taxpayer who is age 65 or older at the end of the year is for each instance:
$1,600 for married individuals; and
$2,000 for singles and heads of household.
A new, temporary additional deduction of $6,000 for those aged 65 and older (or $12,000 for a married couple if both qualify) is also available for tax years 2025 through 2028. The deduction begins to phase out at income greater than $75,000 and $150,000 if you’re married filing jointly. This is in addition to the standard deduction or itemized deductions.
Here's how to enter your medical expenses in TurboTax:
Open or continue your return.
Navigate to the Schedule A section:
TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to Schedule A.
TurboTax Desktop: Search for Schedule A and then select the Jump to link.

The deduction is based on your date of birth in My Info. So it is included.
You will only see the Standard or Itemized deduction on line 12e of your tax return.
However, the Senior Deduction is reflected on line 13b .
Line 13b includes multiple deductions
Senior deduction
No tax on tips
No tax on Overtime
No tax on car loan interest.
It is reflected on Schedule 1A, Part V, Line 37
There's a $6,000 deduction for individuals older than 65, and a $12,000 deduction would apply to couples who qualify.
For more information, see Deductions for Seniors.

Ok, thanks for your input. As a follow up, the (2) annuities that I included in the total year end value are listed on my broker account as "traditional IRA". So again, I included them in the total but left the amount previously taxed by Massachusetts (my state) blank. As per my second question, can you post a response to this question I posted? It is about that 401K to IRA transfer question as well, Question On Massachusetts Individual Return Can someone please tell me on the Massachusetts Individual Return form1, under part 3 (wages, salary, tips , then under Pension types, no boxes are populated automatically from the drop downs? Should I populate them manually? Also, of the two pensions I inputted, for the pension amount for a distribution from a work 401 rolled over to an Traditional IRA, the amount is populated as ZERO. I know it is not taxed, but shouldn't there have been a dollar amount of the distribution in the field? It was a type G distribution on my 1099R. Thanks for help.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.

You can follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help article to enter your tips on your tax return.
The tips deduction is reported on line 13 of Schedule 1-A. Then the total deductions on line 38 of Schedule 1-A is transferred to line 13b of your form 1040.
In TurboTax Online, you can only view Schedule 1-A after registering and paying the TurboTax fee.
But you can preview your form 1040 and check line 13b of your form 1040 which includes the tips deduction among other deductions if applicable, such as the senior deduction, the overtime deduction and the car loan interest deduction.
To preview your form 1040 in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:
Open your return
In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
On the Tools Center page, click on View Tax Summary
In the left-hand column, click on Preview my 1040
Your form 1040 will display.
Scroll down to line 13b and you should see the amount of the tips deduction included in this line.

Took over an hour to figure this one out. TurboTax was not helpful. Believe this was due to claiming elementary school expenses against a QTP distribution, but no 1098-T issued since it is not higher education. Here's how I fixed it: 1) Go to education expenses (NOT 1099-Q section, but the 1098-T section, even though I didn't have one) 2) Select child, edit their school info 3) Choose that they did attend a qualified school and enter all the info. It can be fake info since you're going to remove it in the next step. If you put your tuition payments in here, it will be doubled since the elementary tuition is entered separately on the worksheet. 4) Edit school info again, but change their attendance to a qualified school to No. 5) Save and check for errors again, should be fixed.
