Same issue here.   Intuit - This is a MAJOR issue!  Why aren't you addressing it?

It's NOT a minor bug. You're NOT eligible because you have no gain. See Section 121:   Gross income shall not include gain from the sale or exchange of property if, during the 5-year period ending on the date of the sale or exchange, such property has been owned and used by the taxpayer as the taxpayer’s principal residence for periods aggregating 2 years or more.
@TheMike Yes, the same for the 2025 tax year.  Just mail the payment voucher with your check for the taxes owed.

I made excess contributions to my HSA in 2025 (through my employer), which I realized and removed prior to the end of 2025. The excess contributions from my paycheck were pretax. I don't see where these excess contributions are added back into my income in TurboTax. It seems like the excess contributions should be added back to my income. I did receive a 1099-SA with the excess contribution information.
My original return after filing was $2346, and now it shows $139. Will amending it bring that number back up?
@jwong90 I presume you're using an online version of TurboTax then. Correct?

Didn't say I was using it - did I?    I know I have no gain - so no exemption is needed. However, the issue is when reporting the sale of your home, the process comes back saying you aren't eligible, when in fact your are. It's just a minor bug to report - nothing more than that.

@RobertB4444 I have now confirmed this is still a bug for both rental properties added before and after the February 11 update. Specifically, I just entered the same data for a new (made up) Rental Property today and see the same issue. Expense Details:   And the 2-year Comparison summary with 2024 (total) Expenses picking up only the total from the first expense category (Cleaning and Maint):   Steps to reproduce this problem: 1. Add a new property. 2. Enter expenses using the "Walk me through everything" button/path. 3. Enter Maintenance expenses (the first category for which I had anything) using the "I have a list of maintenance expenses I want TurboTax to add for me" radio button: 4. Enter the prior year (2024) expenses when prompted (note that those are simply category totals with no underlying details). One final note: I had entered the property information before the Depreciation module was ready so that is 0 in 2025 but had a value for 2024.  So, I skipped the Depreciation when entering "123 Main St" today.
Turbo tax says the form is not available.

What i ended up doing was downloading the acorn tax documents and clicked on enter it another day. After that it allows you upload by dragging / dropping off tax documents.

@Polkadot1   " I can only do the second taxpayers' import if I accept the prompt to "Delete Old Data" wherein it erases Taxpayer 1's Consolidated 1099s."   I didn't include that part of this issue in my post since it was in your OP, but I have that issue as well and it is a BIG one.  It is unbelievable that this made it into a public release without anyone testing these scenarios beforehand.  That is just basic IT Quality Assurance and Change Management stuff.
I have attempted to pay with a new credit card and Turbo tax continues to use an old card that decline payment. I want to pay Turbo Tax charge
