If you've already filed the return, you will have to wait for the IRS to accept or reject the return.   If your return is rejected, you can go directly back in and make changes.    If it is accepted, follow these steps: On the Tax Home screen,  Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and  Select the Amend (change) return dropdown,  Then Amend using TurboTax Online. (If you're told to amend your return via TurboTax Desktop, follow the steps for TurboTax Desktop instead.) You will need to file an amended return to report this form W-2.   As you have already filed, please wait to see if your return is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you may correct and resubmit. This seems to be a common issue with Turbotax. I do not remember checking yes to elect. I had to delete my dependent and re-enter their SSN/bday etc manually. Once i did that and confirmed. I went to review and the prompt did not return

I am sorry that I was not clear on this. When I click "revisit", it swirls and then puts me back on the same page as the "revisit." It it as if it lost my original information.  There is no option to add a new SSA form.
