Where or how are you being limited?  You can efile until Oct 15.  After that you will have to print and mail it.

@thetryon2  It's not clear what all you are doing.   Are you using the USA TurboTax product to prepare a return?  If so, it can only prepare a USA return for US citizens and "resident aliens for tax purposes."   It cannot prepare a Canadian return.  Or do you need to prepare a USA return for the one month you lived here?   What is your citizenship status in both Canada and the USA? If you need to file returns in both countries, we can ask someone familiar with international filing situations to assist you.
What is the reject code?
